Whats it about! The film is about romance between his boss and his secretary. Gopala Krishna or GK Nagarjuna is an owner of a Construction Company. He has a secretary Anuradha Nayanatara who is raised in an orphanage. GKs love and affection towards her makes Anuradha fall in love with him. When she is about to propose to him, GK scolds her for a minor mistake at office. Angry Anuradha offers resignation. GK gives her one-month period to reconsider her decision. Meanwhile, he deputes another secretary Shruthi Poonam Bazwa. When the story comes near end, it is revealed that he has a past that makes him not to accept Anuradhas love. The rest of the film is what his flashback is and how the hero and heroine unite in the end.

Prem Shahid Kapoor may be an eligible bachelor but he is not yet ready for marriage. He agrees to meet Poonam Amrita Rao just to please his dad Anupam Kher and finds a woman he can really grow to love.
