Mumbai, Aug 31 : Disillusioned by the fact that there are few takers for his kind of music in the industry, music director Uttam Singh is now looking at Pakistani films.Singh has just finished arranging the music for the remake of "Devdas" in Pakistan, reports Bollywood Trade. He says he is open to accepting more offers in Pakistan.Recalls Singh: "I had stopped arranging music for films after Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, but then I realised this was a unique opportunity to go back into the classical mould and create music that I had been longing for all this time."

Singh has just finished arranging the music for the remake of "Devdas" in Pakistan. He says he is open to accepting more offers in Pakistan.

They have now roped in music director duo Vishal-Shekhar as guest composers for their high-profile film "Ek Ajnabee" starring Amitabh Bachchan in the lead, reports Bollywood Trade. The producers have already assembled actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Lara Dutta, Pooja Bedi and now Sanjay Dutt to do guest appearances in the film. Now they have rounded it off by pulling in Vishal-Shekhar who will be composing an item song for the film. "Ek Ajnabee" is about a man Amitabh Bachchan who had lost all interest in life until he meets an eight-year-old girl, to protect whom he is hired. Over the course, there are changes in the man as the little girl fills his life until the time when the girl is kidnapped by some thugs. The film, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, is slated for a December release.

The buzz around the Hollywood release in India of "Monster in Law", starring Jennifer Lopez, Jane Fonda and Michel Vartan, finally culminated with its premiere in the presence of celebrities, reports Bollywood Trade.
